Stainless Steel Tube

CSi Ltd are a leading UK manufacturer of stainless steel tube

It is our intention to supply stainless steel tube in volume, together with the supporting activities associated with stainless steel tube, such as bending, polishing and threading.

Our tube mills incorporate TIG welding technology with in-line annealing and eddy current testing.

As we use our own manufactured stainless steel tube to produce coiled heat exchangers, we recognise the need for quality.  An important achievement has been our re-accreditation by Lloyds’ Registers to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System for our manufacturing procedures.

We regularly manufacture 20, 22 and 25mm Ø tube for our own use, using both 316L and lean alloyed duplex 2101 LDX^® (1.4162) stainless steel.

Our lines can currently anneal up to 35mm Ø and we have the tooling to produce 'as welded' tube up to 54mm Ø.
