In addition to heat exchangers and welded tube manufacturing, CSi Ltd are specialists in providing stainless steel components including bended connectors, couplings and many other component parts manufactured from stainless steel tube.

Polished stainless steel has a beautiful shiny texture together with strength, versatility and durability.  Because of this it is frequently used in Architectural and Domestic applications.  Stainless steel is widely used in both interior and exterior decoration including hand rails, furniture, kitchen ware, sculpture, etc.

Recent projects undertaken by CSi Ltd include external shop sign displays, hand rails, cooker door handles and curtain poles.

Demand for components manufactured in stainless steel has enabled CSi to accumulate extensive experience in this field.  Building on that experience, we have created a team of design engineers to provide an even more focused service to our clients.

We have considerable expertise in the field of TIG welding and have used this to develop automated machines that can weld, orbitally or circumferentially, to an exceptional quality and at high productivity levels.

Our 5 headed polishing machine enables us to supply stainless steel tube and components in a variety of “grit” finishes from Satin to Mirror.
