Component Solutions for Industry, or CSi as we are better
known, was established in 1998 and has been providing just such
a service to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) throughout
Europe since then. With contacts throughout the world, CSi is
able to source materials and machined components at the very
best prices.
Demand for components manufactured in stainless steel has enabled
us to accumulate extensive experience in this field. Building
on that experience, CSi has created a team of design engineers
to provide an even more focused service to our clients. We have
considerable expertise in the field of TIG welding and have
used this to develop automated machines that can weld orbitally
or circumferentially to an exceptional quality and at exceptional
productivity levels.

Heat Exchanger Coils in Stainless Steel for
Hot Water Storage
Energy costs in Europe are high and there is a demand for innovations
that will increase the efficiency of all types of heating systems.
CSi developed a double helix heat exchanger for water heaters. The
design enables large surface areas to be created in an incredibly
small space. The result is a reduction in fuel consumption of up to
20% when compared with conventional coiled heat exchangers. To keep
costs to a minimum we designed and built our own highly productive
machinery. CSi offer a design and
manufacture service to create coiled heat exchangers to the output
and with service connections to any customer specification. An additional
advantage of double helix exchangers is their suitability for use
in Solar Heating systems and CSi have already started working with
this exciting new technology. Drawing from our experience of supplying
Europe’s leading OEMs, we have a solution to cover most heat
transfer applications. |

High Efficiency Heat Exchangers for Domestic Central
Heating Boilers
Today there is real concern about the ever increasing cost of
fuel and the effects of waste gases on the environment. To tackle
these concerns CSi has used its expertise in the fields of TIG
welding and in the manipulation of stainless steel to develop
a new style of heat exchanger which condenses emission gases
and in so doing increases boiler burner efficiency by up to
30%. These uniquely designed, high efficiency units can be used
with either gas or oil fired boilers and CSi engineers are ready
to assist with their introduction into new appliances.

facilities at Thetford in England and at Verona in Northern Italy,
we offer a specialist component sourcing and delivery service. Both
facilities have ideal communication and shipping services as they
are near international airports. Additionally, Thetford is close to
Europe’s largest container port at Felixstowe and Verona has
a main seaport at Venice. Our next step is sites for warehousing and
production facilities to service the United States of America. CSi
